The Pro Saw Guide's full metal construction delivers straight, precise, and clean cutting of all threadless steerer tubes from 1" to 1.5", handlebars, and many sizes of seatposts. The efficient design provides a balance of simple form and good work-piece visibility, while also providing secure hold and precise alignment.
What is the guide plate spacing?
In the narrow configuration the guide plates are 1.2mm-1.3mm apart. In the wide configuration, the guide plates are 2.3mm-2.5mm apart. Spacing is slightly tighter at the top. If different spacing is desired to better match a given cutting blade, ring shims can be added to, or replace, the spacer plates.
