Can I re-order quickly or upload an order?
Yes, there are a few options for quickly re-ordering or uploading an order:
- Duplicate any prior order from your account page: Click into a prior order, then click on the Actions button and choose an option.
- Upload a CSV file or copy and paste in an order: From the shopping cart, click the Actions button and choose upload CSV. Use the Dealer Order Form for SKUs and/or to build an order. Copy and paste columns R an S from the form to add all items to your B2B cart.
For CSV upload and copy/paste options, SKUs must match exactly. The dealer order form has columns set up to help with this.
If a bike care SKU is out of stock, try one of the other language options instead.
Are there discounts I can take advantage of?
Ordering full case quantities will automatically apply a 3% discount off the individual item price. Discount will only be applied to full case quantities. E.g. if case is 10 pieces, ordering 10 will earn 3% discount. Ordering 12 instead, 10 will be 3% off, and 2 will be full price.
Order Processing
When will my order ship?
Orders will be reviewed and packed in 2-4 business days. Once packed, paid orders will typically ship the same day. For customers who choose to pay by invoice (not at time of order), the invoice must be paid prior to shipment.

How will my order ship?
We currently offer UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage shipping options. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges after orders are placed. Delivery timing provided are estimates. Delays can occasionally occur due to situations outside of our control. For orders of $1000 or more, a free shipping option will be available. We will choose the most economical service available and may elect to palletize your order and ship via freight.

Do you offer free shipping?
Orders of $1000 or more qualify for free shipping. We will choose the most economical service available and may elect to palletize your order and ship via freight.
Oversize Items:
- Oversize item value will count towards free freight but we reserve the right to add additional shipping charges upon review of the order.
- We have set adjusted pricing on some oversize items to account for shipping surcharges. This is noted on the product page. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping upon review of the order.
- Locations outside the continental United States do not qualify for free shipping and will be charged standard shipping rates.

Any shipping restrictions?
Some items are subject to shipping restrictions and can only be shipped by UPS ground to the contiguous 48 states. Restrictions are noted on applicable product pages as ORM-D. Must ship ground.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be authorized when your order is placed but will be charged only once the order is fulfilled.
This allows for order adjustments to be made without incurring additional processing fees.
If I choose Pay by ACH during checkout, how will that work?
When your order is ready to ship, we will send an invoice to the email associated with your account and will include a link to pay online. Payment by ACH is preferred. Credit card payments are accepted but please use ACH for amounts over $100 when possible.
If you would like the invoice sent to an additional or different email address from the one associated with your account, please note this when you place your order.
How are backorders handled?
The B2B store is set up so only in-stock items can be ordered.
Occasionally, there may be a stock discrepancy and an order may be filled short. In these cases, we will not keep backorders open. Please place a new order when stock becomes available.
