Pedro's Lifetime Warranty covers most Pedro’s tools and accessories against breakage, malfunction, or defect. Under this warranty, we will repair or replace your product, at our discretion. Normal wear is not covered. |

Pedro's 2-Year Warranty covers pumps, torque wrenches, and discontinued products against breakage, malfunction, or defect. Under this warranty, we will repair or replace your product, at our discretion. Normal wear is not covered. |

Bike Care |
Our cleaner and lubricant products have been developed to keep your bike clean and running right. If any of our cleaner or lubricant products are unsatisfactory, we will replace the product with a new one, or send you a similarly priced product of your choice. |
As a Pedro's dealer, we ask that you assist our mutual consumer customers with warranty claims when it is feasible to do so. Our small team here would appreciate that support and we believe it will make for happy repeat customers. How can you help?
- If you have a replacement to warranty your customer's product, please do so, and then submit a shop warranty claim to Pedro's here.
- When possible, please collect multiple warranties and submit them together as one claim to help reduce costs and environmental footprint.
- Don't have the item on hand? Offer to submit a warranty claim on their behalf from this page. We're happy to ship to your shop to get the customer back in the door, or ship directly to the customer's address.
